桃山町いとうクリニックでは、日本語でのコミュニケーションに不安のある方にも、安心して受診いただけるよう、英語によるコミュニケーションサポート（事前予約制）を実施しています。当院では、患者さま一人ひとりのご不安やご希望を丁寧にお伺いし、わかりやすくご説明できるよう努めています。外国語話者の方にも、必要な場面で英語による案内補助を行い、安心して受診いただける環境づくりを心がけています。

本サポートについて

このサービスは、英語での簡単な案内や情報の補足を通じて、受付、診察、会計の各場面において、受診に必要な情報の理解をサポートするものです。
※診療内容の判断・通訳・翻訳を行うものではなく、診療行為には含まれません。

自由診療（保険適用外）です。お支払いは現金のみでお願いいたします。

通常のサポート（1回・目安90分まで）：3,300円
延長料金（30分ごと）：＋1,100円

※1回の受診にかかる所要時間は、診療の進行や混雑状況により前後する場合があります。
※状況により90分を超える対応が必要となる場合には、延長料金（＋1,100円／30分ごと）を頂戴する場合がございます。対応の目安や所要時間は、受付時や診療前に可能な範囲でご案内いたします。

For Patients Who Prefer Communication in English

At Momoyama-cho Ito Clinic, we offer English communication support (by appointment only) for
patients who may feel uncertain about communicating in Japanese.
We aim to provide clear and considerate explanations, based on each patient’s background and
concerns. We provide support for English-speaking patients throughout key moments of their visit to
ensure a comfortable experience.

About This Support

This service provides basic assistance in English during check-in, consultation, and payment, to help patients better understand the necessary information throughout the visit.
Please note: This support is not a medical interpretation service. It does not involve diagnosis,
translation, or participation in medical decisions. It is not considered part of the medical
treatment itself.

Examples of Support Provided

Help with check-in and filling out intake forms
Supplemental explanation of the doctor’s comments (basic clarification)
Assistance with payment and pharmacy guidance

＊This service is not covered by Japan’s national health insurance system. Please note that this
is a private-pay service.

Standard support (per visit, up to approx. 90 minutes)：¥3,300
Additional support (every 30 minutes)：+¥1,100

Estimated time may vary depending on the consultation and clinic conditions. If extended support is
required beyond 90 minutes, additional fees may apply. We will inform you of the estimated time
as much as possible at check-in or before the consultation.
